1. Introduction
At Calice Chocolatier, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality, luxurious chocolates. We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our strict standards. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged.
- Customers must report the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
- Please note that returns due to improper storage or refrigeration by the customer are not accepted. All chocolate products should be stored at a temperature of 16-19°C. Exposure to temperatures outside this range may damage the quality and taste of the chocolate.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized chocolates.
- Gift cards.
- Products that are not reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer, such as exposure to temperatures outside the recommended 16-19°C range.
2.3 Return Process

- Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and include photos if possible.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item(s).
- Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any further damage during return shipping.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
3.2 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.

4. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. However, if your product is damaged and approved for return, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Damaged Items
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if possible.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
